Summer Cod to Die For ๐ฅ
In the ovenHi Everyone! I guess you call this the deep summer here on Cape Cod. Every day there is a small parade of people loaded with beach supplies that stream past the house. Then around 4 pm, you see the same people, tired and happy after a day at the beach. For me, summer is the time to dig in and get things done. I'm not a big summer vacation person. I'll be waiting until fall for that. So, for now, it is testing more seafood recipes. ๐ (Honestly, you have to try this week's cod recipe! It is fantastic and easily scaleable for a crowd.)
