In the ovenHappy Saturday! There is a bit of fall in the air as I write this morning. To me, it refreshes my mind and spirit. I do not look at it as the end of summer (because it isn't) but as a breath of fresh air after torrential rains and tornado warnings yesterday. Work has been ultimately crazy, so I'm relying on my - cook on Sunday for the week routine. I do love that. This week I'm experimenting with a corn and jalapeno chowder and chicken cacciatore. I portion these out in meals for the week, and I'm set to go. This is what is blooming in the garden! ๐ See you next week! |
