Online Cooking ClassesI will be opening the doors to the Online Cooking School tomorrow (Sunday). Yeah! ๐ Each course will be about $29.99 to take individually, but you can subscribe and get access to all of the classes as they go live. Here's what's coming up:
Each course will provide information about the ingredients, different ways of cooking the ingredient, and a few recipes to give it a try. If you want to subscribe to get access to all the classes, it is $20 per month or $192 per year. With your subscription, you get discounts on any virtual cook-along classes, advance notice of new products, and the annual subscription Holiday and Seasonal Menu ideas.
In the ovenI'm loving the rainy weather we are experiencing. Not that I don't love the sun, but when it rains, I can get more done on the classes without feeling guilty! Plus, the garden gets the water it needs. I'm a bit obsessed lately with making cookies. My latest have been using up my sourdough starter discard (what you have to throw away when you feed your starter). I've landed on a great white chocolate chip and pecan recipe that is addicting. You may see that soon. Today I'm going to be experimenting with an English Digestive Biscuit and possibly a Ginger and Molasses cookie. See you next week! |
