In the ovenHi Everyone - Just hanging out this Fourth of July holiday week/weekend working on some amazing seafood recipes for this month. I'm really excited to share a couple of tried and true recipes like shrimp scampi and newer ones such as tomato poached cod. I'm also working on the next online cooking class, Burgers 101. This is going to be a yummy one that you won't want to miss. More info on that next week. I can't believe we are in July already. Where has the year gone? It's been busy but a good year.
